What a terrible experience. Waited ages in the waiting room. Then taken to the room to wait even longer for 15min of consultation. Total wait time was over 1h15min. Missed picking up my son. They send so many text messages could they not let you know they are running late and come 30min later and give the person the opportunity to make alternative plans. Really poor communication.
I’ve been coming to Dr. Alberich just this year and so far she has been nothing but amazing and attentive. I am unexpected tooth extraction that was really tough but she was positive throughout the experience and making sure I was okay. The dental assistant Wanda was equally as attentive, even gave me a blanket to keep me from being cold. As long as I live in this area this will be my dentist!
Honestly, I can’t thank enough Dr. Miranda and her team. Our smile is a powerful representation of ourself, Dentist sometimes can give you news hard to accept but Dr. Miranda made sure my process was smooth and easy and overall she made sure I was happy with my results. She returned my confidence by returning my smile. The process was worth it! Thank you guys everything.
