Dr. Cha and her staff are all great! Dr. Cha made me feel very comfortable and you can really tell Dr. Cha cares about her patients. I am a patient for life!

We cancelled an appointment for a procedure two other dentists deemed unnecessary. We cancelled three business days plus the weekend prior to the appointment. We have been billed a $100 cancellation fee. I spoke with the office manager, Alex, and she will not reverse the charge. So they are willing to lose customers over $100. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

So, I have been a patient here off and on for 5 years. I have to say, the billing practices are borderline criminal as you will consent to one price list that you are shown during the exam and then they attempt to add on additional fees once you come back for the cleaning (which is what you had agreed to on the original price list). Then, if you point out the error, they take the charge off the bill before you do the cleaning--only to bill you for it later! I have been going to Village Smiles for almost two years. The entire staff has been so wonderful to us!! They are always smiling and are very helpful with everything!! I don't know all the names of the staff members and it really doesn't matter because they are all so wonderful. I do know the name of two at the front desk, Chaquella and Monica. I guess I should not have expected any better for a dentist office that is located in front of Home Depot and next to a fast food joint. I went there for a new patient visit and cleaning. I received the same bait and switch tactics that others have described in thier reviews. After x-rays and pictures and an examination by the hygienist the dentist came in and told me I was in need of a "deep cleaning". I have been going to this office for over 15 years with my children and wife. We have been treated well and all of us still have all our teeth we came there with. More important we will have there professional and caring staff to provide us in the future, I trust Dr. Watanabe like a brother. P.S. no cavities ...... the morrisroe family
