There’s one thing I’m more afraid of than cockroaches and it’s the dentist. The minute I walked in I stated “I’m sorry I’m late, I had a panic attack about coming in” and was immediately met with empathy, compassion and heartfelt customer service from Sohani at the front desk. Very polite and quick, and had no issues
I went in for my deep cleaning yesterday and had a truly top-notch experience. To start, Sohany — who I believe is in charge — took great care of me and made me feel extremely comfortable while scheduling my appointment and figuring out where things stood. Then, the doctor on duty was very kind, as was her assistant. Once my appointment was confirmed, Toby, who handled my cleaning, did an excellent job, beyond my expectation.
