The staff was nice but their business practices is like a mechanic shop. I walked in with pain in my gums. Instead of focusing on my actual pain i was being upsold to have all types of proceedures done. I did not want to be up sold i wanted to get my pain resolved. They put me in more pain and refused to help me with my pain because i didnt want to be upsold. They were more concerned about making a ton of money off my visit then they were about helping me out. I was visiting Miami and ended up at Dentists of Oakland Park because of a molar that started acting up. The service was amazing, super fast, clear, and friendly. They had everything taken care of in under an hour. Special shout-out to Dr. Silva and the receptionist Nelly, they were fantastic!
I recently moved to south Florida and found this dental office and wow, they are amazing. The staff is very friendly, they do a thorough job cleaning and explaining everything along the way. They are even open on Saturdays. I wish I could give 10 stars 😊
