I had high hopes for this office but luckily I found a new/different dentist. This office is a corporate chain and lacks the care of a privately owned dentist office. They push for unnecessary procedures and recommend that you come every 3-4 months when they know Delta Dental only pays for cleaning twice a year. The front office seems unorganized with sending copies of my xrays to other providers. I had to physically visit the office after attempting twice on the phone. Dr Ben He fixed some other dentist mistakes ,and no charge ,I love him
Went to dentist today. Wanted to get a cleaning when they ran my CC they had to type in the number for some reason and then said it was declined. It should have not been declined . I then went to pay with cash it was only $130 and I had $140. Their response was is we take cash but only exact amount. To me doesn't seem as they wanted my business today.
I highly recommend Dentists of El Dorado Hills. The front office staff is very welcoming and pleasant. Dr. Kim is very knowledgeable and thorough with her skilled services. Marie Frankos is literally the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had! Coming from someone who has always had a fear of receiving dental treatments, Marie and Dr. Kim make treatments relaxing and pleasant and have eliminated my fear for future care. They are great!
