Hello, My 1st time doing deep cleaning done in this office, extremely happy with kindness , professional service especially the dental hygienist , His name is Neil .
I am a relatively new patient at this dental office. My experience with all of their staff members has been wonderful. Today my dental hygienist Nael passed on some very important and helpful information and tips regarding dental cleaning procedures that I was unaware of. He was so professional and very pleasant to chat with. I highly recommend him!
I left them in 2022 and boy did I make the right decision! There was once a report on the radio which advised to stay away from dentist's offices offering first exams and x-rays at a deep discount. These practices are built on the model to give you "free" xray only to find all kinds of issues you never had (and still don't) and try to hard-sell you on doing expensive unnecessary procedures. Recently changed dentists due to insurance reasons. Excellent experience with Dentists of El Dorado Hills, all the newest, updated equipment including digital orbital x-ray imaging. Pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating staff. Dr. Kim was awesome, very informative and extremely thorough. The dental hygienist was also very thorough, each explaining exactly what they were doing as the checkup and cleaning process proceeded. Very satisfied, highly recommended!
