BEWARE! Clinic could care less about your own valuable time and expects you to wait long after your scheduled appointment time. I mentioned to reception that it is past my allotted scheduled time so she takes me in to wait another 15 minutes sitting in the dentist chair instead, how asinine. Very righteous and pompous, especially Navjot whom expected me to be inconvenienced and make another appointment. Dr Kaur was completely incompetent by being a no show. I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic and would not recommend it based on my visit. I initially came in because I was told they would help me understand my previous dental treatment after doing X-rays and an exam. I agreed to that. However, I was charged around $330 ($240 for cleaning and about $100 for X-rays), and only half of my teeth (lower jaw) were cleaned without clearly informing me beforehand that it would not be a full cleaning.
