Wonderful visit! The staff was kind, detailed in their work, and clearly cared about my comfort. I felt very well taken care of. Highly recommend.
The dentists at Broadmoor is an excellent place to go to if you are looking for a dentist! From the second you walk in, you are attended. Melissa is the best hygienist and Dr. Gardner is also the best. They truly care about you as a patient, the health of your teeth, and take the extra time to make sure of it! I cannot recommend them enough!
I had a crown replaced and the complete experience starting with Front office staff, Rikki and Dr Gardner was excellent. The staff is friendly and personable, and the process went extremely well. Awesome work everyone!
The appointment started out with a super friendly greeting from the gals upfront. Nothing like entering an appointment as such with friendly and engaging smiles!! The team got me settled in, again with smiles all while taking a moment to just say hi and make simple small talk! I've come in here twice, once to have a tooth extracted a few months ago, and now again because I chipped a tooth. I booked both appointments letting them know my dental anxiety is pretty bad. Each time they have been so accommodating, comforting, and reassuring. Dr. Gillette-Backstrom was absolutely wonderful. She met me in the lobby letting me know how proud she was of me for just walking through the door today.
