I went to another dentist with same new patient promo and of course they told me I need insane costly deep pockets cleaning. Simple call to ask how much this location charges for same overpriced procedure since they all charge per quadrant. The lady answering the phone couldn’t do it. Mission impossible to pull up the pricing sheet and tell me how much they want to over charge me as well. Unbelievable the scam they got with a cleaning that takes about the same time as a regular one let 8 times the price. Sheesh
This was a wonderful experience for me. While not everything was great news the staff is so kind and helpful. They really explain everything to you and give you so many opportunities to ask your own questions and help ease any concerns. All of the staff here are so wonderful. Taylor did my deep cleaning and she was so amazing. She informed me of everything I should expect and checked on me the whole time to make sure I was doing ok. Fast, professional and wonderful service.
Hands down one of the best dentist visits of my life. Very thoughtful and caring team. Kept me informed throughout the procedure and built the crown in house for a single visit. No pain and exceptional work with the needle. Very friendly staff, clean offices and excellent doctors. I highly recommend Dentists of Broadmoor.
Dr Tam and the entire team of techs and front office staff were absolutely AMAZING!! They were kind, gentle, accommodating, and educated me about billing expectations and each step of the care they provided. They listened to my concerns/apprehensions and comforted me throughout the entire time. They were so willing to tend to my oral health concerns, and they did it swiftly, with care, and with top-level of performance. The BEST dentist I’ve ever experience!! Thank Dr Tam and team!!
