Very professional.
Dr. Oh is a great dentist, so I was unsure about leaving this review. However, I won't be returning here due to one of the office employees. I visited this office a handful of times, and every time, I paid my balance in full. I had no problem paying my bill after services rendered. Months after my last visit, I received a check in the mail from my dental insurance company, which I cashed assuming it was for overpayment.
