Tried to scam our insurance company, did not confirm authorization for major dental care with us adequately nor service us for nearly 2 hours our initial appointment for exam and cleanings. Added over $2800 of dental work onto our care plans, making it sound worse than it was to manipulate us into financing part of the payment and letting them file a claim under the assurance the insurance would accept it. Great experience with Dentists at Westchase! The front office was quick to get me in for my emergency appointment and Dr. Button was so nice and kind to me. He explained things in a way I could understand and even showed me my x-rays to teach me what he was looking at. To me, the education is a vital aspect of understanding why I need something done.
