I feel let down by them. I was diagnosed with periodontal disease and was paired with an amazing hygienist Erica Pullin. She was able to get me to a place of management (recession) and I was so grateful for her for about 2 years. She moved on and I was paired with Jeweliana Ardito. She never used a fundamental piece of helping after a cleaning like I have, which was lasers to reset my gums and help keep the disease at bay while I do my work at home.
