Poor customer service, drove almost 3 hrs and our appointment got cancelled without anyone notifying us about it, receptionist lied about it and didn't want to give us the name of the person that supposedly called to notify me of the cancellation

We been going to this dental clinic for years. In the past 3 years, the doctors always cancel the appointment for "vacation" 3 times in a row! They also treat our disabled child poorly. Not caring about his personal feelings and brush extremely harsh on his teeth. We do understand that we have a difficult teeth crowdeness situation but this is NOT Tolerable! This place used to be good a few years back but something changed. The staff are just mean and rude.

Horrible experience here. My son’s teeth were not properly cared for after coming here for 2 years he is now afraid of the dentist. They accept medical but are money hungry because they try to prolong treatment into several appointments to make you come back as many times as possible to get insurance .

Brought my son in, severe tooth pain. After his appointment I was told we would get a call back for a tooth extraction appointment within a day or so for his baby tooth that had cracked. He missed 2 whole weeks of school because of my having to constantly rub orajel and give Tylenol. I finally get ahold of somebody after a week of calling and leaving voice-mail for them to tell me they have no record of him needing an extraction and they can't help me, I had to press the issue, and all to speak to someone who can help us, th... read more
