I had a wonderful experience at the dental clinic this afternoon. Teresa deserves special praise for always being so kind, gentle, and reassuring throughout every visit. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, which really helps make the experience comfortable and stress-free. Truly appreciate the excellent care and friendly staff!
The front staff are friendly but completely disorganized and messy. The amount of cancellations was getting ridiculous. The excuse (even with an appointment booked ONE YEAR in advance) was the hygienist “wasn’t in” or “has the day off”. This included rebooking for another appointment weeks or months later multiple times. When I finally had enough and cancelled altogether, pointing out the disappointment and why. I was very impressed with the professionalism and detail that they provided with my first visit. A definitive plan was made for my dental health.
I have decided to leave this place. They don’t respect their clients needs and after we booked our appointments months in advance, they cancelled our appointments and the hygienist had an appointment then when I requested another appointment for me and my husband, they said we were on a waiting list. When I tried to convey the need to have our routine clean appointments on time, the receptionist was rude.
