I had a very disappointing experience at this dental clinic. doctor khalid treated me with a lack of care and professionalism. He did not listen to my concerns, even though I tried to explain multiple times. I left the clinic without a clear understanding of my condition because he didn’t take the time to explain what I was dealing with or what the next steps should be. I'm an anxious patient and I've been treated with nothing but respect, kindness and understanding from the team of hygienists and reception. Dr.Marzouk communicates with me, helps me be as comfortable as possible despite my anxiety surrounding going to the dentist.
Wonderful experience at this office ! The front desk were so kind and welcoming . I recently had a cleaning with Julie she was so gentle . My teeth felt so good afterwards. Highly recommend this office .
Given 1 star because the lowest rank is 1 star. Very bad administration today! Worst experience ever in Canada I've ever had. First, wrongly recorded my name, telephone number when I said them many times. Second, charge the patient $100 cancelation fee without any announcement in advance, even when I sent email to tell them I may be late, no any reply. After few miniutes they said they'll charge $50.
