Absolutely disastrous customer service. When this clinic first opened, the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Unfortunately, now that they seem to have more clients, their attitude has completely changed. They come across as dismissive and unprofessional, making interactions feel rushed and unimportant. It’s disappointing to see such a decline in service quality.

I had a very frustrating experience with this clinic’s front desk service. I called yesterday to book an appointment and was abruptly cut off by the secretary, who said she had another call and would call me back. I understand being busy, but it felt dismissive like my time wasn’t valued as much as other patients. I never received that call back. Today, I called again to try and complete the booking.
