My whole family goes to Dentistry on Steeles for almost 2 years now. Mrs Carmela Succi, management , went above and beyond in accommodating us to ensure our well being and satisfaction. We are very grateful for her understanding and her effort in finding a convenient schedule for us when our circumstance suddenly changed. I honestly cannot express how AMAZING and PHENOMENAL the staff is! I currently live in Quebec and while I was in Toronto I had a medical emergency which left me needing 6 root canals and 6 crowns to save my teeth. Carmella fit me in right away and took action on organizing the schedule to fit me in! Carmella called several time to see how I was feeling after the root canals and prep for the crowns, which I thought was BEYOND thoughtful and caring to check-in on me.
