Dr. Ross McMartin has got to be the coolest dentist. Warm, kind and funny and he does everything he can to make you at ease. Nothing is too much of a problem. He is exceptional with his workmanship and results. Really great dental practice friendly, down to earth and teamed with impeccable professionals. Great peace of mind and value for money. A dental practice you can trust to look after you.
I have severe anxiety which led to me being unable to visit a dentists for many years. After visiting this place my gums basically don't bleed at all during brushing any more, and only barely during flossing. I have experienced a huge quality of life increase from seeing you guys due to being comfortable and confident with my smile and teeth. Thanks and I really recommend, super clean facility and the staff all had great attitudes and were very nice.
Everyone is so friendly and professional. I have had some bad experiences in the past with dentists, but this one has always gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I really appreciate how they take the time to explain in detail what the findings were and use visuals to explain. I shared how I was nervous about receiving a treatment and they took the time to pause before starting different parts of the treatment to ensure I felt safe.
They cancelled my appointment without telling me and booked someone else in, when my appt was 1:30PM on Wednesday. Now I have spent 30 minutes of my day which I don't have, dealing with this. All when they couldn't have just not canceled my apt without telling me. This has caused me stress and made me take time out of my day. Now I have to get the time off work, again, last minute, which might cause issues with my workplace and come in later. All due to them wanting to book my slot with someone else.... very confused on what... read more
