I had a great experience as a new patient at this office! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. The dental hygienist took the time to get to know me and was incredibly thorough during the cleaning, which I really appreciated. From the start, Ritz greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine “It’s great to meet you!” It wasn’t your typical check-in—it felt personal and it helped me relax. Dr. Eric Turner is honestly the Best dentist I have ever had bc he listens to you and I can say I have the best smile ever! The ladies here are genuinely care about you and are so friendly! On my second visit they knew who I was and greeted me and said I will let them know you are here. This is a "family environment " in my opinion and I am thankful my daughter encouraged me to come here.
Never thought I'd say it but I always have a great time at this dental office. The hygenists are professional, thorough, and quick. My regular cleaning usually take a half hour and I'm almost always their "favorite" or "easy" patient of the day. That's always nice. The hygenist always has great advice about flossing or brushing but they don't shame me.
Dr. Turner and his assistant were absolutely wonderful! I felt completely at ease and comfortable throughout my entire procedure. The office has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Turner to anyone looking for excellent care and a great experience!
