They are so quick to respond to messages/calls here and ensure you are getting the best appointment available. As someone who gets anxious at the dentist, my cleaning experience was also fantastic. They were so kind and explained everything they were doing. Also not a place that tries to make you pay for unnecessary services or treatments. They are extremely transparent and I can tell they really care about the patients here. I will now be coming here as my primary dentist!
I recently moved to Charlotte and needed to find a new dentist. This practice is conveniently located within walking distance to our home so I decided to give them a try. I went in for a routine exam and cleaning and could not be more pleased with my experience. The hygienist was extremely knowledgeable, gentle and personable as was the dentist. I would highly recommend them!
I had my first cleaning at Dentistry on Monroe and had a wonderful experience. My dental hygienist Taylor was kind and friendly and made me so comfortable during my cleaning. She really set me at ease while working on my teeth and was knowledgable and professional. 10/10 recommend Dentistry on Monroe!
100% The BEST dentist I've ever been to. Dr. Turner is a modern, ground breaking dentist, who has the ability to do things other Dentists can not execute. I needed a crown on a lower back tooth. Two other dentists failed to be able to keep the crown secure. Dr. Turner modeled my tooth, built a crown in house and bonded it perfectly. He makes going to the dentist an experience that I actually enjoy. The entire team is top notch. The best! I can't say enough good things about everyone. These people are WINNERS!
Great dental experience at Dentistry on Monroe! I’ve been looking for a new dentist for regular cleanings since mine retired, and I’ve found my place. The front desk staff is friendly and the office is clean. The check in process is seamless. Taylor cleaned my teeth, she was great, and my teeth feel fabulous. Dr. Turner is professional, likable, and took ample time to answer all of my questions. I also appreciate not being sold treatments that I don’t need. Overall, a great experience and I highly recommend-10/10!
