Excellent dental office for highly anxious folks - everyone was so kind and understanding during my visit. My hygienist was extremely patient when I needed to pause my cleaning to take some deep breaths and calm down, and Dr. Gurleen was happy to answer all my questions about oral health and hygiene. She did a few fillings for me and I didn't feel a thing, it was so wonderful. My care at this dental office has been very good. The clinic is clean, professional, and the dental work itself has always been excellent. The only part that bothers me is the routine question about how often I brush and floss. I understand that dental staff need to ask about hygiene habits, but the way the question is framed can feel like a trick question to trap a patient so they can be scolded. Best dentist ever! So gentle and his work always feels perfect.
I've been coming here since we moved to Cambridge almost 4 years ago. I find that Dr. Asi and the other staff here really make sure that you're comfortable with anything you're having done. I'm not a fan of having the numbing done before a procedure, but Dr. Asi has a specific technique to make the numbing process pain free or pretty close! The whole office is always clean. Everyone is professional and genuinely friendly. If I think back to the many places I've lived and had dental care, I've felt most comfortable here.
