All staff were amazing and very efficient.

Service was amazing from the first contact phone call to the end of my surgery. The reception was warm and my dentists admin went above and beyond to make me comfortable and answer all my questions. The assistant and dentist were extremely friendly and did an amazing job to help my anxiety. The nurse who put me to sleep was gentle with the IV and very understanding of my anxiety as well. Dr Rapp and team was great. From initial communication with Bridget, through the root canal process. They made it quick and easy, and were understanding and easy going about an accommodation I requested. Overall great experience (or as good a one you can have when getting a root canal, haha).
The clinic was running in the middle of a construction site. There were no barriers or preventive measures in place to protect patients from the construction dust, debris or airborne mould spores. I’ve seen better barriers at the airport. I would be very concerned about the level of cleanliness and sterility required for oral procedures with this lack of oversight.
