Friendly staff and great service!
Overall, the experience was average. The dentist’s technical skills were indeed good, but I really disliked the overwhelming sales-driven atmosphere of the clinic. The front desk staff would do everything they could to prevent patients from switching clinics. I once requested my dental X-rays about a year ago, and was met with constant delays and excuses—I understood they were trying to retain customers. I have been going here for over 10 years now for routine dental care. Yesterday I chipped a tooth and they will able to fit me in the next day for an appointment to address the issue!
I had a great experience at this clinic. Dr. Tuvel is an excellent dentist, and the entire staff is polite, friendly, and welcoming. All my concerns were addressed properly and I am highly satisfied with the cleaning as well as the fillings done here.The hygienist is also highly knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking quality dental care.
I've been only coming here for the last 10 years and never had trouble. Dr. Tuvel and the hygentists over the years have all been great and the receptionists are very kind. Improved my gum health over the years and scheduling & reminders for the appointments have been good.
