Getting another implant from Dentistry on Seventh and I am so impressed again by the excellent staff. The first person who looks after you when you arrive and the last person who is sure you have everything you need is Stephanie. She does an amazing job and goes out of her way to look after you. *IMPORTANT UPDATE** *READ** I was just abruptly hung up on by Stephanie while I was in the middle of asking a question. Since then, I’ve attempted to call back several times with no answer. I understand things may be busy, but this is a healthcare facility, not a fast-food drive-thru — patients deserve time and respect. After being a loyal patient for years and undergoing multiple procedures, it’s disappointing to see how I’m now being treated. I had an amazing first visit. The receptionist, Stephanie, was kind, patient, and helpful (even when I arrived quite late). My cleaning was an easy and comfortable experience with Rachel, who is unendingly kind. Thank you for being a dentist's office I'm looking forward to returning to!
