My last visit started with standing in an empty lobby for 20 minutes (another patient waited even longer) before finding out there was no reception that day—no signage or notice at all. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the conduct of one of your receptionists. While inquiring about my sister’s start date, I was met with extremely unprofessional behavior. In the middle of our conversation, the receptionist abruptly ended the call by saying, “Have a great day” and then hanging up on me. The best dentist office I've been to. Staff is incredibly welcoming, friendly and intelligent in their duties; super clean and aesthetic environment. Front desk employee Stephanie is super friendly and ensures all of your needs are met during your visit/future visits. Dr. Melissa works gently and with precision to complete your dental needs - very nice person. Getting another implant from Dentistry on Seventh and I am so impressed again by the excellent staff. The first person who looks after you when you arrive and the last person who is sure you have everything you need is Stephanie. She does an amazing job and goes out of her way to look after you.
