I was in extreme pain and needed a root canal right away. They were able to get me in within a couple of days and even completed the procedure during the visit. Every person I encountered was so kind, professional, and understanding. I’m beyond grateful for their quick help and excellent care.
The best dentist and decision I've ever made... I didn't feel not one bit of pain. The staff is so professional and courteous... I had 9 teeth extracted and it took no more than 30 mins. Guys you've got to give this establishment a try. You will not be dissolved!
I came in for an appointment to get my teeth looked at, especially for an issue I had been having on the top left of my mouth. I didn't expect to have to get those two teeth pulled the same day but with my insurance not being able cover to fix them, and so im not in pain anymore we decided to pull them. Trust me I've had a very traumatizing experience with the dentist from another place here in statesville but Heather the dental assistant and the dentist did a remarkable job on making sure i was comfortable and wasnt in pain... read more
I would advise anyone to rethink about letting Dentistry of the Carolinas do any work to your teeth. My daughter went there a while back and they done a root canal on one of her front teeth and she ended up losing it. Not only did this happen but there was a spot on her tooth where they let the blood discolor the tooth permanently while working on it. She had gotten a second opinion and that dentist couldn’t understand why in the world they done a root canal instead of capping it. I know accidents happen but this could have ... read more
If I could do a zero I would.. my daughter had preclampsia and had to be induced 3 weeks early. She missed her appointment. This was her 2nd time I understand.. but this wad out of her control and who would be thinking about the appointment.. this is unfair. The staff and doctors are amazing.. this rule stinks in an emergency
