Dentistry of Kingwood is a wonderful dental practice. I use Dr. Ghattis and find him to be a very thorough dentist. He is attentive to any problems you might have and his hygienist, Lori is amazing. The practice is very organized, professional, clean and state of the art. Highly recommend!!!
The insurance/billing person lies, hide things and honestly never in my life have I ever been treated so poorly at a dentist office. They nickel and dime you, once you’re in the chair you now need 10 things they never discussed. No other dentist has ever said anything to me like they have. They refused service because I declined what they said I needed… then because I took PTO to be there I said fine. I had a really great experience yesterday. I’m extremely picky when it comes to dental cleanings and dental hygienists, so I don’t give compliments lightly. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth did an excellent job. She was thorough, took her time, and I could genuinely feel how clean my teeth were afterward. One thing that really stood out to me is that I have exposed roots, which can make cleanings very uncomfortable.
