This office is insane, I made an appt almost 3 months ago, because I cracked my tooth, we told them this, they said sorry the soonest we have is 10/9 so i said fine, I'll take it... we hear nothing more. we call yesterday to confirm they call us today, only to tell us they have to cancel my appt that i have been waiting for for 3 months because they don't check insurance until the day before and come to find out even through we gave them our info THREE MONTHS ago they didn't check it until today. I've always hated going to the dentist, but this is the first dental office that has made me feel genuinely comfortable. The staff are very friendly and professional, and Dr. Sabina is wonderful. They're very attentive to your needs and go above and beyond to make it as comfortable a process as possible.
