My parents have been seeing them for as long as I can remember because it's close to their home in Carlsbad. I have always been fearful of any dental treatment and my parents have been telling me to see Dr. Ortiz-Luis. I live in Del Mar and now I drive all the way to Carlsbad to see them. They have made me feel very comfortable and Dr. Ortiz-Luis really knows what she is doing.
Thorough professional and gentle I highly recommend. Dr. Ortiz makes sure that all the work is done correctly and does excellent work on anything a patient needs. Dr.Ortiz is a perfectionist and that is good.
All the staff are warm and very nice. I would not visit any dental clinic other than yours. You are all awesome and provide excellent care. Thank you!
Everyone in the office was very nice, friendly and helpful. The hygenist was fantastic. There are not enough superlatives to adequately compliment her.

Dr. Ortiz-Luis and her staff are incredibly understanding and patient. The receptionist was quick to schedule my appointment when I thought I had an urgent issue. Carrie is always sweet and friendly and Dr. Ortiz-Luis herself was patient, understanding, and generous and offered practical solutions to my dental issues. I appreciate the calming influence all of the staff have, it makes going to the dentist easier! Thanks to all!
No Pain for filling? I’ve seen dentists since 3rd grade not once had there been no pain. Every time discomfort and sharp pain. My first replace filling with Dr. Ortiz-Luis no pain. Thank you for a pleasant experience in Dr. Ortiz-Luis and staff care.
