The Black female dentist and some of the nurses at the office are both very rude. The dentist speaks in a condescending manner, and the front desk staff talks to caregivers as if they are unintelligent. When caregivers try to assert their rights, they are told they are no longer allowed to bring their individuals to their foundation.

they told me that I couldn’t make an appointment with them because I missed two appointments five years ago because I was homeless and had no way to them even though I have called and canceled that appointment. This will Definitely be more looked into.
