We are still on a waiting list for my grandson to get his teeth cleaned under sedation at a hospital setting. This is now 2026. How long should a child have to remain on a waiting list to get the care he deserves and needs. We have been waiting since 2023. We are post pandemic. So why at this point is there no doctor or hospital that DDD is affiliated with to do the procedure that children with autism need?
DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. My experience at this facility was extremely disappointing. The front desk staff were unprofessional and unhelpful, and the overall environment did not feel welcoming especially for a place that serves children. During my visit, management and the director handled the situation in a way that came across as dismissive and inappropriate for a healthcare setting. Very rude staff. Speaks with an abrasive and condescending tone. Difficult to communicate with.
The staff was very professional and helpful and kind
My wife and I brought our 22 year old autistic son here for dental work. We were told only one parent could be back there while they simply looked at his teeth. No work was even being performed during this visit. My wife usually talks to the doctors while I keep our son calm. The lady that told us this definitely needs to work on her people skills and if this is your policy, it is ridiculous.
