Went at the end of June for pre appointment for Dentures. Was told they would submit to insurance and get back with me. 2 weeks later heard nothing. Called to follow up and was told it takes 4-6 weeks to hear from insurance. Called my insurance who informed me that they had sent approval 5 days after pre-authorization was sent. I must say my visit to Dr. Kim was a wonderful experience. I am hearing impaired and she writes down everything because I cannot read their lips with the mask. She makes sure everything is clear, and I understand. she is very compassionate and thorough and a master at what she does. I am so thankful that I found her to be my dentist. I posted a before and after photo of my dental implant so you can see how talented Dr. Kim is! I hated that I had to get my front tooth extracted due to nerve damage and internal resorption, but now nobody would ever know that my front tooth isn’t real. She is masterful, honest, and a perfectionist. I am so glad I trusted Dr. Kim with my smile. You should, too 😄!
