Small office with very personal service. They call with reminders for your appointment at least 2x. Never have a wait over a couple minutes. Then Dr. Kim comes in and she does your cleaning! Where else are you getting personal professional service like that!

Went at the end of June for pre appointment for Dentures. Was told they would submit to insurance and get back with me. 2 weeks later heard nothing. Called to follow up and was told it takes 4-6 weeks to hear from insurance. Called my insurance who informed me that they had sent approval 5 days after pre-authorization was sent. Called doctor again and told them it was approved. When I asked about the pre-authorization, I informed them I didn't see anything for dentures and was told they didn't submit for that.
