I will NEVER go back here again while the doctors are awesome the staff is untrained and has poor customer service. I litteraly have confirmation of confirmation of an appointment and they refused to see me or even speak with the doctor! Said they had canceled my appointment. I'm 6 weeks from having a baby I have other appointments this was a waste of my gas and Time and messed up my whole schedule for the day . Very sad to be leaving but I won't deal with such disregard.

Our daughter had an appointment today to get her teeth cleaned. My wife was going to accompany her and she was also bringing our newborn daughter. She was advised that she would not be allowed in with our newborn due to COVID. This newborn poses almost no risk as one she has mostly been quarantined since birth, she is a infant, and she would be in her car seat covered up. 100% recommend this office!! We had some pretty big issues with another office in the area, and recently switched. We have been treated SO well here, and I especially appreciate the education I’ve received and the questions they’ve taken the time to answer. I’ve always had a good experience when we take our daughter here.
The girls up front don’t know anything and customer service has declined since they switched to YVFW. Extremely annoyed and disappointed. They sent my son away because they claim I didn’t confirm his appointment, when I actually did. And he had to miss school because of it.
They are good for kids they take good care
