Extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism at this dental office. They canceled my appointments last minute—not once, but twice in the same week. I took time off work and rearranged my schedule both times, only to be told at the last minute that they couldn’t see me. I understand that emergencies happen, but this kind of repeated, short-notice cancellation shows a complete lack of respect for patients’ time. THE NEW MANAGEMENT HAS RUINED THIS CLINIC I had come to this clinic once before and had a treadmendous experience. Very good vibes, very professional, and very knowledgeable. Came to this appointment today and knew I had to leave as soon as I got in the chair. - The tools did not work - I heard someone say "do the hand scaling first, then I'll turn on the water" - The hygienist didn't use the hose once throughout the scaling, as I was drowning on my own saliva. This office is clean and brand new equipment. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, I was able to get my emergency appointment promptly and the dentist was very gentle and explained everything clearly. Very accessible location
