I checked in at 945 for 10am appointment. Sat in the waiting area with 3 kids. They call me on the phone at 1026 claiming I was a ‘no call/no show’ A simple cleaning appointment. Didn’t end up leaving until 1115!! No apologies or anything, very frustrating!!
Good experience! The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The dentist was gentle, explained everything clearly, and made our daughter feel comfortable throughout the visit.
Always the best!!! They are kind and friendly!! Thank you for making the dentist less scary. They really try their very best always. Always have appointments availible, thank you again
