This place is horrible! I wish i could give them zero stars. I made an appointment for my daughters and couldnt make it. But they charged my insurance for cleanings, xrays, fluoride. Over$600 worth of services. We never stepped foot into this place. If i wasnt for our new dentist we would of never found out. Double check your bills. Ask for a copy of the bill if you go into the office. They told my insurance that they billied on accident. This place is a joke!! They had us come three times and never did any work.
Called for an appointment weeks ago, verified and CONFIRMED dental plan with office (Rita) and I have the recorded message. THEN after waiting about 3 weeks THEY cancel because "we do not accept that plan." UNBELIEVABLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BUSINESS PROCEDURES....
Took my daughter for the very first time . Erika is awesome ! We are so happy we choose the right dentist. The rest of the staff is also very nice . Thank you Erika for your we'll treat . Well looking forward to see you again . Keep the great work !
