Dental hygienist was really rough and aggressive and when she was asked to be more careful she started being passive aggressive. She laughs at the pain of her patients and was not careful at all. This is not okay behavior especially when dealing with something so sensitive.
Si tienes un hijo con necesidad especiales, este no es un lugar amigable para el. Llegué 20 minutos antes de mi cita, la sala de espera estaba vacía. 30 minutos después entraron 4 pacientes que llegaron después de mi. El personal de front desk pésima atención. Mi hijo merece algo mejor que esto.
Definitely not special needs friendly.
Very saddened with myself for letting my children come here for so long. I changed my kids to another dentist because of the distance, and found out my children have many cavities and even need to have teeth pulled out. Because the dentist here just told me my children's teeth were fine every visit. Very disappointed.
