Got in super quickly for an emergency visit back on January and have slowly been catching up on years of neglect, the whole team is incredibly warm and welcoming and has done wonders to ease my severe anxiety during appointments!
I need to express my frustration about how my daughter’s appointments have been handled. She already had a documented history of severe dental anxiety and had previously been referred out because she could not tolerate standard treatment. At our recent visit, I was informed that your office does have a provider certified in nitrous oxide, yet my daughter was booked with someone who was not certified to provide it. Always the height of excellence
Moved from Hamilton and transferred here. All staff have been fantastic, friendly and helpful. Have had cleanings, X-rays, and dental work done. Also a night guard fitted and made. Everything has truly been a great experience.
All staff were very nice and helpful throughout the entire appointment. I highly recommend them to whoever requires dentistry services.
