I can already tell this dentist is customer focused. The staff are very patient and friendly. They go out of there way to help clients. I needed a very last minute second opinion for my wisdom teeth removal and the staff very promptly got me a appointment in a hour. Keep in mind I am not a patient yet, so they gave me all the required paperwork and clearly stated how to proceed. My partner even mentioned to me how friendly the receptionist was when enquiring about this request. I appreciate the favor!
Every one of the dentists and most staff have been great to our family. but one of the staff members (Vicky) is exceptionally rude. It's important to have kind and friendly staff that deal directly with patients. And it has been our experience on multiple occasions that she lacks professionalism (communicating with her over the telephone and in person at the clinic) Unfortunately her behavior has lead to a 3 star rating instead of 5

I'm completely satisfied with this Dental office! They are efficient and keep to appointment times. My dentist has great attention to detail, especially with rebuilding and filling two of my front teeth recently. They look absolutely beautiful compared to what they were when I went in. Highly recommend!
