I have been there four times. The first time I waited in the chair for 40 minutes. The second in the chair for 20 minutes. The third, he refused to do what I asked him to do. The fourth after seeing me, he said that I would have to pay for the adjustment myself because they did not have prior approval from the VA. What a shitty way to treat a veteran!
