Not happy with their front desk and billing, every time I've been there I've had to wait 20 to 30 minutes to get in. I call in to change my appointment within 24 hours and they go ahead and charge me $50 for a missed appointment. If I could charge them for the wasted time that they took of mine, they would owe me plenty. Also have had the experience in the past where they offer you products and don't tell you that you will be charged for it until you get your bill. I don't know how management runs this place but I was a good client of theirs until this last bill which I think was unfair and makes me feel that all they care about is the money and not the client. After all, they've got to pay for the office that they have.
