This review is only regarding the payment portion via the receptionist. My actual visit with the dr was great, however the receptionist is incredibly hostile & unpleasant. Once I finished my cleaning, I came out. Asked her to print the details of what I did today and the prices. Refused to. She was very pushy about us paying today even though the insurance hasn’t confirmed the co-pay. They provided an awesome experience while helping me get my dental health back on track. They were both accommodating and informative. I couldn't imagine a more comfortable dental visit. 5 out 5 stars, I'd give more if I could!!!
Amazing dental office! Dr. Cris has helped me keep my bone loss under control with excellent care and professionalism. When one of my crowns broke, they got me in very quickly, and the new crown fits perfectly! She also takes wonderful care of my entire family, including my little one. Everyone is kind, welcoming, and makes every visit a great experience. I highly recommend Dr. Cris and her team. She is definitely my favorite dentist!
