I just received a bill in the mail telling me that have a past due amount that is owed and legal action will be taken if I don’t pay the bill in 10 days. I paid the full amount of the balance that I was quoted in August. I have never received any type of correspondence from this office and I’ve had visits there several times in the past three months and no one has mentioned to me that I owe anything. I had a 2:00 appointment arrived at 1:50 to complete paperwork. Waited until 3:00 and was never seen. I’ve never waited an hour to be seen at a dentist.
