My favourite aspect about Dr. Dekterov and her staff is that they are very no nonsense. They will get you in, tell you what you need to know, and then get you out. Of course, if I had extra questions or additional concerns, they’ve always been answered or addressed, but they don’t attempt to push unnecessary treatment or products. This is the first dental office I’ve been to where results speak for themselves. The best dental clinic, Dr. Alla is a brilliant doctor, very professional, attentive and perfectly resolves very difficult cases.
Dr Dekterov and her staff have provided excellent dental services for my oral health. Both the hygienist and the dental assistants have been very caring and pleasant. The Receptionists are friendly and efficient. Dr. Alla is a real gem always smiling and providing the best dental care tailored to my needs. I’m very happy with all aspects of the clinic - highly recommended.
This is the best dental office I ve ever been to. The staff are all very friendly and put you right at ease. Dr Alla is a very kind and caring person and has always put me at ease with my dental work, she takes time to thoroughly ensure that I have the best dental experience and care. Lori, at the reception desk is wonderful and is always so helpful with everything! Donna, you are just a joy to have as my dental hygienist and always bring a smile. 5 stars for sure for this dental office!
