They have been my dentist for the last 3 or 4 years and they always did an amazing job Wishing Dr. Dekterov a happy retirement
Had an urgent dental issue, contacted True Roots, they were friendly and quick to be able to help. From front office staff, to hygienist, to dentist all steps they were incredibly friendly, caring and non-judgmental. Explained my options clearly and compassionately. Highly recommend this Office and have definitely found my new dentist going forward. Thanks again to the staff for truly having an understanding of looking after your patient.
My favourite aspect about Dr. Dekterov and her staff is that they are very no nonsense. They will get you in, tell you what you need to know, and then get you out. Of course, if I had extra questions or additional concerns, they’ve always been answered or addressed, but they don’t attempt to push unnecessary treatment or products. This is the first dental office I’ve been to where results speak for themselves.
