I have my first appt scheduled for next week. I can however say that if the office visit goes as smoothly as making the appt was I will be in the exact perfect dentist office. I called today to find out info on getting dentures. I needed to find out how this office processes INS and the price of the treatment I need. Bonita actually took the time to do a mock appt, basically test run the cost of what I needed and was able to give me a very close ball park estimate of how much my out of pocket expenses would be. This is the most professional office I've been to in a long time. The care given, the positive attitudes, cleanliness, polite manners, and comfortable feel all made it a pleasant experience. No one likes the dentist, but it sure helps when your surroundings are positive to deal with the pain. My mother was who I was mostly worried about with her COPD.
