Nothing like not going to the dentist for a little while. Getting a last minute appointment with a great group of people and even better dentist to make me feel at ease about how my teeth are doing. Mary at the front is always the best when I call and explain everything to her as well.
Very friendly staff and environment, I highly recommend dr.shadid definitely the best dentist i ever had.
Dr. Shadid and staff are unbelievable Amazing. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming, they go up and beyond for their patients. More dental offices should operate like Dentistry at the Crossing. A HUGE Thank You, to the entire office from my son and I.
Dr. Shadid is by far the best dentist out there. I have a huge fear of needles and when I see Dr. Shadid I don't feel no pain, don't even feel the needle. He honestly cares and takes pride in he's work The atmosphere here is amazing and the staff are all smiles and laugh. If u your looking for a dentist that won't make u scared about returning for the next visit This is definitely the place u need to go.
I absolutely love Dr. Shadid. When I started I was anxious wreck that avoided the dentist at all costs. I went to a different dentist after moving an hour out of Ottawa and after seeing them a few times decided the drive was worth going to see the dentist that never feels like he’s rushing through his patients and jokes and talks to you to keep your mind off what is happening.
