I absolutely love Dr. Shadid. When I started I was anxious wreck that avoided the dentist at all costs. I went to a different dentist after moving an hour out of Ottawa and after seeing them a few times decided the drive was worth going to see the dentist that never feels like he’s rushing through his patients and jokes and talks to you to keep your mind off what is happening.
The best experience I've had with a dentist! He explained everything thoroughly as he was doing it, which kept my anxiety low. Very nice and funny. His entire staff are also so incredible sweet. 10s across the board!

He is skilled, confident, personable and professional..and.. he's funny and makes me laugh ..I highly recommend Dr. Shadid. Hygienists and staff are great too
