Dr. Shadid is by far the best dentist out there. I have a huge fear of needles and when I see Dr. Shadid I don't feel no pain, don't even feel the needle. He honestly cares and takes pride in he's work The atmosphere here is amazing and the staff are all smiles and laugh. If u your looking for a dentist that won't make u scared about returning for the next visit This is definitely the place u need to go.
I absolutely love Dr. Shadid. When I started I was anxious wreck that avoided the dentist at all costs. I went to a different dentist after moving an hour out of Ottawa and after seeing them a few times decided the drive was worth going to see the dentist that never feels like he’s rushing through his patients and jokes and talks to you to keep your mind off what is happening.
The best experience I've had with a dentist! He explained everything thoroughly as he was doing it, which kept my anxiety low. Very nice and funny. His entire staff are also so incredible sweet. 10s across the board!

Dr. Shadid has been my dentist now for the past several years. I've always been very pleased with the work he's done and never had an unpleasant experience. He is skilled, confident, personable and professional..and.. he's funny and makes me laugh ..I highly recommend Dr. Shadid. Hygienists and staff are great too
