The staff is accommodating, doctors are competent and the office is neat and clean.

The appointment and doctor’s procedure were good. However, at the reception, they seemed more focused on how much our insurance covered, which I feel shouldn’t be their concern. As a client, I had already confirmed that I was fine with whatever was covered. I believe they should adjust their approach when communicating such matters to clients.
