i understand why everyone is rating this as a 1. they emailed me asking to confirm my appointment for the next day via phone. i am on a flight and do not land on time to call them. i ask if i can confirm my son’s consultation via email and they said no. i come here to check the reviews and understand why its so lowly rated. if i keep the appointment my expectations will be very low.
My experience here was ok the first time a few years ago but recently I think they are quite overwhelmed because of the amount of patients they get who are using HSO. Dr Kevin performed the first child's surgery a few years ago however now there is a female Dr, that always seems in a hurry. I never understand what she's saying. So long as you are not paying out of pocket they threat you badly and dont get me started on the receptionist. Talk about someone with a horrible attitude. As always incredible service! Been coming to Dentistry Asleep for over 25yrs and have always had an exceptional experience. Dr Dann and Dr. Freidricksen, who stepped in when we lost Dr Copp, are fantastic. 10/10

want to thank the amazing team for taking good care of my son. From the moment we walked in, everyone was friendly and gentle. Doctors handled his tooth extraction and filling so gently and smooth. From the front desk to the surgical room everyone was so welcoming. Moreover they continuously follow up for his condition. Thank you for everything.
