Absolutely wonderful experience at Dr. Yen’s office! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel at ease. Dr. Yen was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The office is modern, clean, and comfortable, which helped me relax during my visit. I had to go to this location instead of the Palo Alto one because I needed an emergency cavity filled and they squeezed me in so quickly and did a great job! Willa at the front desk was super friendly and helpful.
I’ve been looking for a new dentist and found Blue Turtle! The staff were super friendly and welcoming for my first visit. During the appointment, the dentist was gentle and talked me through each step. I will be coming back in 6 months for my next cleaning!
