This office is awesome! After having a bad experience with another practice, we switched to dr. Ochoa. My daughter who was scared to death at the other practice now begs to go and reminds me to make her appointment! Plus the use some of the latest techniques that make the recovery time much shorter.

Both dentists were very friendly, but unfortunately they recommended treatment for my son and daughter that two separate dentists later said was unnecessary. On top of that, they charged a LOT more than what my insurance covered. Appointment times were inconvenient for working moms who don't want their kids to miss a lot of school. Yes, they're very nice and have a cute office, but not very knowledgeable (or honest?) and steeply priced.

Dr. Ochoa is very sweet & informative. Her staff is great EXCEPT for the receptionist "Candy" she needs to be schooled in costumer service. She has a "It's not my problem attitude". Other then that no complaints the office is beautiful.

I love this dental office! Dr. Ochoa (i think thats how you spell it) is very nice, but more importantly, very competent. I thought the staff was great. I wasnt there when the other lady in this review was having a hard time, but I also am in the insurance business, and I know that everyones plans cover different things. Its impossible for one person to know what your plan does or doesnt cover--thats why it's your responsibility to know what is or isnt covered by your own insurance. I called today to set up appointments for my two kids and the receptionist was just the rudest ever ! Upon starting to tell her about my children's previous dental visits, she said it wasn't her job to verify or call any other dentist. It would have to be up to me to get the old x-rays. Now, I my job is insurance billing and it is a courtesy that the new office communicate with the olds office but she didn't need to be so short and unhelpful. Outstanding dental clinic. 1. Highly professional and insightful interaction with my 8 year old daughter. They are obviously proficient in removing fear through education and translation. I am ecstatic that my daughter doesn't fear the dentist even though she's had a crown, 3 sealant, a cavity filled and three baby teeth extracted. 2. Great attention to detail. These guys really know what they are doing. We had struggled to find a good IT company for years and were very pleased when we found Bridgehead. They are not the cheapest in town, but did an excellent job of finding solutions for us that fit within our tight budget and also did a good job of eliminating problems we had been told could "not be fixed" by others.

The atmosphere was very, very kid friendly. My 5 year old loved the fact she could watch Shrek while getting her teeth cleaned. She was lying down all the way back and the Plasma screen was literally facing her. Just imagine a flat screen on the ceiling facing you while you’re lying down. Of course it was on a device that held it in this position…Maybe I’m a little old school but I thought that was the coolest thing!!
