I am very pleased and satisfied! Dr. Halah and her assistant Samuel at Dentistrie, on 328 N Desplaines St. Chicago, IL 60661, did an amazing, pain free extraction procedure on me. Dr. Halah explained in full detail what she was doing throughout the procedure and she also provided healing care instructions for my recovery process. Absolutely terrible — do NOT go here. On my first visit, the dental assistant pressed the 2-D X-ray device into my forehead so hard it left a bruise. On my second visit, they spilled the material used for my crown on my shirt and ruined it. The final straw was when they referred me to a periodontist after I specifically asked for someone in-network. Came in for cleaning and was told I needed to have fillings even though I recently had them 6 months ago. Have been experiencing painful sensitivity to hot and cold food and drinks. They recommend I have the fillings that I just got less than 2 months ago redone again since it’s likely the fillings weren’t cured properly… I am not a doctor but I don’t think having 3 filings on the same teeth in less than a year is good for the long term health of my teeth.
