I love this office from the receptionist to the hygienist. They're professional, kind, and informative. My hygienist educated me regarding periodontist disease in such a way I want to become a student concerning my oral hygiene. Working with the hygienist for oral health is vital to not just a pretty smile or perfect aligned teeth. But for my overall health, oral health can play a major role in strokes, diabetes and other diseases I never associated with oral hygiene
I work perdiem and need a dentist who can be accomodating which they kind of were but they are very unorganized, now saying they will charge $65 for no show yet I call to reschedule and tell me they had to cancel regardlessas hygenist would not be in but now calling me to say I havent confirmed..WHAT.....Found a different office I cant with this one anymore. Get this office under control just as bad as when it was Polo Dental.
Scammed my elderly mother. Discussed and charged upfront for a more expensive procedure, did something else. Keep receipts and don't pay cash.
Bad experience on administration and appointment the Dr was removed without notification to the pt Sohail the Dr did beautiful job on my implants
This people move and left every patient hanging without info,,,, nobody answer the phone , bad reputation and service
