I verified my insurance with them before I set the appointment. After my appointment I received a bill and a text saying they were not in-network. I was shamed for a toothache by the dentist. The prescription for antibiotics was never sent to the pharmacist.
I’ve been a patient with Dr. Victoria for many years, my child is also her patient. We couldn’t imagine going anywhere else, they do everything possible to work with your schedule and cater to your needs. I’ve never had any complaints and it’s always a great environment when walking in the door, and nothing but happy smiles when walking back out! Dr. Victoria and her staff are simply wonderful.
I have been going to Dr Steven, then Dr Victoria, for many years and they have always been excellent! I have a very small mouth and TMJ, which causes extreme pain when opening my mouth for extended periods and once it starts hurting, the time I can tolerate opening shortens drastically. They (and their awesome staff) have always been extremely patient and accommodating to provide support when needed and let me rest after short sessions to ensure I am comfortable and not in pain.
