Had a government voucher for partial plates. On arrival no explanation of what to expect. Mould trays shoved in mouth, scratching side of mouth. Was gagging as product dripped into my throat. Most uncomfortable experience. Went back to get partial plate, that was shoved in causing the side of mouth to bleed from the clasps on the dentures. They did not fit so were filed down.
