My husband and I just started coming here and I’m glad we did. Dr. Soto and her staff are great! She is so personable, and to me that makes all of the difference. She’s knowledgeable and definitely knows what she is doing. Very pleased we have found her!
Best Dentist ever! I need a lot of work on my teeth and I am allergic to certain numbing agents causing me to dread going to the dentist but Dr. Jin Mai Soto and her team are unbelievably skilled, very understanding of my allergies and sensitive to my personal situation regarding my fear of going to the dentist. They are also very non-judgmental about the state of my teeth and have gone straight to work giving me a healthier, happier smile. Great place took care of me and staff was really nice
I recently moved to Buffalo last year, and I expected the clinics here to have at least the bare minimum of cleanliness compared to the low quality clinics from New Jersey, and NYC. Yet, this might’ve been the worse I’ve seen. One look at the trays and you can tell they barely clean/wipe it. The mirror they put in my mouth seemed as if they wipe it with a dirty cloth.
