Worst dental office I've ever dealt with. While I was sitting in the dental chair, the electricity went out twice. The receptionist was extremely rude and seemed completely unknowledgeable. I requested a callback, and when he finally called, he addressed me by another patient's name. I had to correct him. The dentist informed me that I needed a root canal, but because they couldn't perform the procedure themselves, they were supposed to refer me elsewhere. The only thing I have to say is my wife told me that they didn't even numb her gums before poking her with the needle. Other dentist that I know does numb people's gums and then they use the needle.
Dr. Soto helped me a lot last year tried to call a few times but no voicemail set up. I bet she’s busy.
I’ve never left a review before, but my experience here was bad enough that I have to warn people. This practice took over Dr. Hyde’s patients but takes zero responsibility for the problems the previous office left behind. I came in for help with an issue that started under the old office, and instead of standing behind the practice they bought, they made it about money.
