I’d had a good initial cleaning appointment in 2023, but every appointment since left me hurting and upset. I left this dentist last year after incredibly rough cleanings and fillings. The dentist left, mid filling, in a huff, as I was grimacing from pain (Lidocaine doesn’t work well on me, and they didn’t seem to believe me despite my warning them beforehand). Maria the Dental Assistant and Dr. Wu did a great job in their field. It’s actually above and beyond service mostly on how they give care about their patients. This is definitely a commendable experience and am glad that move to this group of people who will take care of oral hygiene. Kudos to both of you!
