From when I walked in, I was immediately attended to by Smit & Diksha whom were welcoming and informative prior to my appt commencing. I was then greeted by Gem who gave me a SUPERB cleaning. She was very upbeat, knowledgeable and non judgmental. Not only was she comprehensive to my unique needs. She made me feel comfortable and my initial expectations were exceeded. I'm very fortunate to have them as my go-to dentists, what really makes my experience always great is my dental hygienist Jem.. Absolute professionalism and class when informing me about good dental habits. She would take extra time and search specific dental products that are more tailored to my situation. Anyone would be lucky to have Jem!

My overall experience at clinic was satisfactory. Karan at front desk is very helpful be it choosing flexibly over the dates and timings for appointments or dealing with insurance inquires. She is very polite, helpful and professional. The staff is experienced and professional.
